Heysham Village

The Port of Heysham is one of the main routes to the Isle of Man and Ireland. In May, during the TT Races, Heysham is invaded by bikers and enthusiasts from around the world.
Old Heysham Village is well worth a visit to see its ancient churches, mysterious burial grounds and magnificent views around the bay. Visit the Heritage Centre on Main Road to discover more.

Half Moon Bay is a short walk from The Port House. This rugged coast line is an ideal place to explore. Heysham Nature Reserve and Heysham Golf Course are just a few minutes away.

Morecambe Town

The 5 mile promenade is ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching. There are panoramic views of the Lake District fells accross the bay.
In summertime Morecambe is a busy resort with many organised events including the Vintage Sea Side Festival, the Kite Festival and the Red Arrows display.

Lancaster City

Lancaster is a historical city sitting on the banks of the River Lune and Lancaster canal. There are many interesting sites to explore including the Castle, Maritime Museum and Williamson's Park.

Lancaster has a vibrant night life encouraged by the student population that come from all over the world.
